SUNNYVALE, CA, JULY 11, 2005 - SanDisk® Corporation (NASDAQ: SNDK) announced today that the court presiding over the lawsuit brought in California state court by Lexar Media, Inc. against Toshiba Corporation ("Toshiba") and Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc. ("TAEC") issued its decision on July 8, 2005, denying Lexar's request for an injunction against Toshiba and TAEC. "We are pleased that Judge Komar has made this ruling. We have always believed that there was no legal basis for the requested injunction," said Charles Van Orden, SanDisk's Vice President and General Counsel.
